Departments: General Tab
Details
- Department Name - the identifier for the department.
- Department Number - the numeric identifier for the department.
Locations
- Assigned Locations - A list of locations assigned to the department. A location is assigned to a department when a check is in the box.
- Available Locations - A list of all locations defined in PayClock. When a location is assigned to a department by placing a check next to it, it is automatically moved from the list of Available Locations to the list of Assigned Locations. If you need to create a new location use the + button.
